It’s great to have a truck bed that I can use as a huge trunk. Amazing flexibility.

Let me start by saying that I love the way this cover fits and the flush, smooth look when it’s closed. The install was pretty straightforward and would have been simple if not for an issue with quality control that almost caused a call to customer support to get an entire new roll top assembly. This is the reason it’s got an initial 4-star review from me instead of 5. After installing the front seal and both rails, I lifted the cover into place at the end of the bed and began rolling it out back towards the cab of the pickup. As you will see in the pictures I came across a spot in the cover that didn’t sit properly and appeared to be badly bent. I spend some time trying to figure out exactly how it would have got that way when this section of the cover was almost in the center of the roll when boxed, there was no way it was shipping damage. After forcing the sides into the rails to latch them and lying inside the bed I still couldn’t figure out what was going on and had decided I was going to have to call customer support and likely wait all over again for a replacement cover (this one was over a month from order date to delivery.) This is when I noticed while rolling the cover back up that it wasn’t actually bent, the joint between the two slats was displaced the entire way across with the exception of the first 3 inches on the passenger side. A small pry bar and some elbow grease allowed me to get it seated the way it was meant to be and and everything looked good after that.

Easy to install and besides a unfinished, non sanded guide at the tailgate end the X4 looks great. You would think for our cost the end product would be completely finished

The bed cover itself is good and a very good price. Didn’t give a higher rating because one of the end clamps was broke when I received. Called the company and they were sending a replacement clamp and a month later, never received. Called back and they said they are sending but I received a notification now that it won’t ship till October.
