Nice and it worked for me.
I had a gap between the upper incisors. After 1.5 years of regular use, the teeths were closer now and there is no gap as you see in the picture. It is painful as the band slips often into the gums, but worth to bare the pain and adjust the band when it hurts the gum. The results are credible for me.

Doesn't feel genuine.
The marking of the 1/4" size and the 4.5oz pressure is both done by hand with a permanent marker on the packaging. So basically, depending on the order they get, they can mark whatever parameters they want and send rhe product. I've used imported brands of the same specifications and they felt much tighter. This one's pressure isn't even close. Not happy and not returnable either.

in one day it has done miracle..i was so disappointed with the teeth gaps, can't recommend to use daily but yes it give result in very less time. now atleast u can close the teeth gap when required

Go for it you won't regret it
I bought 3/16, 3.5 oz. I don't know about future but it's the first day I've used it and my gap is closed (90%). I used 2 bands and it's slightly painful but not unbearable. It's amazing.
