Q: Will this dye stain my skin? Could I dye my skin temporarily with this?

I don't see why not. I haven't purposely tried to dye myself but when I use it, it does stain my fingers.

You would have to bleach it white and the dye the item

Q: I want to dye dining room chair covers (fabric is 85% cotton and 15% spandex) in my Front load washer which has a soak cycle. Will it work?

For my project ( white pants to navy blue), it didn’t work so well. Pants were light blue, not navy. I would recommend using a tub or bucket with very, very hot water and extra long soak. Good luck!
