I need to wear them for 10 hrs a day. Do they hurt behind yr ears?

They are extremely comfortable. Very light. They don't hurt your temples. I don't think you will have any trouble wearing them for hours.

Healthcare worker how do they do with fogging up with mask on?

I wear these everyday, 40 hours a week for the last two months- as a healthcare worker who is constantly hot and on the move, fogging has not been an issue I love them!

Are these good for metal working?
