When and how to i apply it? do i apply it after i wash my face and can i apply moisturizer after i apply this?

I apply the Toner after cleaning my face. Then Use this serum and layer it with moisturiser after that. I give about 30 sees to 1 min space in between the layering. It has been one of my best skin care routines ever.
