Casual Home 30" Director's Chair Black Frame-with Tan Canvas, Bar Height

*****UPDATE*** OBVIOUSLY NO QUALITY CONTROL My other chair arrived yesterday & one would swear it was not possibly made by the same co. This chair was really wobbly & 1 of the wooden dowel rods in the fabric seat was broken & the fabric back was way too big for the chair? That is because the hinges had been sprung & the arm folded in too far. AND of the 16 screws in the 4 hinges (4 in each hinge) 6 were completely stripped and 3 were not screwed in all the way - well, that explained a lot of the wobble! I will say that Amazon did right by me to fix this issue so no complaints there. But buying these chairs appears to be something of a gamble & it explains why the reviews are all over the place. ********First Chair Arrives******** All in all it looks good but if you really want to regularly fold & unfold this chair don't bother putting the foot rest on because it has to be unscrewed to remove so you can fold the stool- which for me was pretty disappointing as it was purchased to use outside on the patio. It is the right height for the bar. The item description doesn't state how much weight the chair will bear...but the seat is narrow thus keeping folks of sizable girth off it.

It’s ok not bad

I opened the box, unfolded it &, as soon as I tried to lock the feet into the open position, the entire back leg split in half. I put it right back in the box & put the return label on it. Bought another directors chair - same price point - at Pier 1 & haven't had a single problem & I have about 10 clients a day, all shapes & sizes, who sit in it.
