DO NOT BUY ! ! MY FIRST ONE WORKED FOR A WEEK HEATER QUIT WORKING. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER ONE AND IT DID'NT EVEV WORK. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Spa is very easy to set up. But the filter on the side is very easily knocked off. Threads will not tighten securely. And the heater is inefficient. Very slow to heat and most times will not get to set temp.

This product arrived yesterday. 10/28/21. I followed the instructions, set it up and began to heat the water. Initial temperature was 77 degrees. Sixteen hrs later the water temperature was 95 degrees and has stayed at 96 degrees for the last few hrs. The water being returned from the heater is not hot. Either the calibration is off or the heater isnt working properly.

I have an aleko spa hot tub fits like 4-6 people and I couldnt find my replacement filters anywhere for a great price except here on Amazon and they fit great screwed right on I was going to just dump this expensive spa tub because I wasnt able to replace the filters but I have now and am using the pool daily

I am hoping to get product support as the hot tub has not worked and I am trying to get a replacement tub or some kind of repair.

This piece of garbage only worked for 3 months and completely stopped!!! Do not buy it. There's no customer support and Amazon will do nothing past 30 days for $500 I'm beyond angry

The glue on this hose didn't hold. This is the hose for the drain. I'm going to buy a metal clamp for this hose and see if it stops the leak.

The hot tub was working great then we had rain and it got inside the plug and shorted it out but after replacing it all is good this is a good product just have to keep the plug dry
