I was actually going to give this product a one star review. I tried for hours to get it to connect to my network and I couldn't get it to work. It turns out that I had a wifi manager that was screwing everything up. I uninstalled the manager and everything worked flawlessly. I plugged in the camera and you have to wait until you hear it talk (I forget what it says exactly) something to the effect that it is ready to pair. Then I went to the app store and downloaded an app called eyecloud. once you open eyecloud you just hit a button and hold your phone next to the camera. It then says please wait while camera is pairing. I had to do it twice and viola! I was connected. This is only rated for indoor use as it is not waterproof, but I mounted it on my front porch (hopefully) far enough back that it will be out of the elements. Once it was up and running I can hear what is going on outside as well as talk through it . (this comes in handy for the fed -ex guy as well as yelling at the dogs remotely) You can add an sd card to the camera and record or just use it as is. The picture quality is awesome. We just got 2 new kittens, and the wife already wants another camera so we can keep tabs on them while we are at work! Great video and a great price.

Not a good product unfortunately. A month down the road or so, the speaker completely distorts. After a couple app updates, now there are no more alerts. the alerts only work when the app is open, which obviously completely drains phone battery.When it worked, the speaker and mic on this unit are close enough to each other to the point where there is constant ringing or feedback. Kind of makes it useless.I would stay away from this.

I am so sick and tired of buying crap on Amazon that doesn't work. I really don't know why I keep torturing myself. It's not worth buying a product from someone you can't look in the eye. Now am I supposed to pay shipping to return it? This was a nightmare to setup, tested it for one day, and now it won't even power on. It's not even heavy enough to be used as a paperweight! A complete POS!!!

This has been a great little camera that has allowed me to keep an eye on my boat from anywhere with no router needed. Very impressed

I bought this so I could check in on my cats while I'm away and it works perfectly for it. I can see my whole apartment by turning the camera via the app. I can also talk to them which is nice :) I didn't need anything fancy and this was perfect.

Worked great for a year and a half, then quit. Not bad, but its a throw away now

This camera has a great picture and it is very versatile. It is easy to setup. I got the camera to stop my dogs from ripping up carpet but the speaker did not effect the dogs in any way.
