I’ve used a few different phone grips over the years, and the PopSockets Phone Grip with Expanding Kickstand is one of those accessories that quickly becomes hard to go without once you’re used to it. Installation & Adhesion: Setup was straightforward—just peel and stick. I applied it to a smooth phone case, and the adhesive bonded securely within minutes. It hasn’t loosened or shifted with regular use (pockets, car mounts, taking the phone in and out frequently). That said, I’d recommend avoiding textured or silicone cases, as adhesion may vary. Grip & Everyday Use: The expandable design works well for one-handed use, especially when scrolling or texting. It provides a stable grip that reduces the chances of dropping the phone, which is particularly useful for larger devices. The extension and collapse mechanism feels solid and holds its position without slipping. Kickstand Functionality: The built-in kickstand is more useful than expected. It supports the phone well in landscape mode for watching videos or video calls. Portrait mode works too, but stability depends a bit on surface and angle. I found it most reliable on flat, non-slippery surfaces. Durability: After repeated expansions and collapses, the mechanism still feels consistent. The materials don’t feel premium, but they hold up well for the price and intended use. Limitations to Consider: • Adds some bulk to the back of the phone • Not ideal for wireless charging unless removed or repositioned • Adhesion can be hit-or-miss on certain case materials Pros: • Secure grip for one-handed use • Reliable kickstand for media viewing • Easy to install and reposition (on compatible surfaces) Cons: • Interferes with wireless charging • Slightly bulky in pockets • Surface compatibility matters for long-term adhesion Final Verdict: If you use your phone frequently for texting, scrolling, or watching content, this is a practical and affordable upgrade. It’s not perfect, but the added grip and kickstand functionality make everyday use noticeably easier.

Purchased to customize my own pop sockets for my phone. These are a nice blank slate to add gems, charms, and any other items you would like to use. Versatile, easy to customize or a standard pop socket that works well to hold your phone. Adheres to phone well and is lightweight and sleek. Fits easily in pocket or bag.

Great adhesion, very basic but does what it’s supposed to.

My husband and I love popsockets and truly can't use our phones without them. They are the BEST thing to ever be invented as an accessory for iPhones. Recently I bought one and it didn't stick to my silicone phone case and I had to wait for a few days for a new phone case to arrive to be able to use it. Having to use my phone without this was miserable and made my hands feel tired. My grandma also loves her and helps with her arthritis since it makes it easier to hold her phone.

Simple, but super useful. The PopSocket grip makes holding your phone way more secure, especially one-handed. The expanding stand is solid too—great for watching videos or video calls without having to hold your phone. Adhesive sticks well and feels durable, not like it’s going to fall off anytime soon. Small upgrade, but makes a big difference.

Llevo cerca de un año que lo llevo puesto en la funda de mi móvil. Sigue como el primer día y el adhesivo que trae es magnífico, sin problemas hasta la fecha. Lo probé por primera vez, ya que sirve como base para apoyar el móvil al menos en horizontal y para tener un mejor agarre del móvilz al menos para cuando estás en la calle. Se puede plegar y lo contrario con facilidad y sin hacer fuerza. Muy buena calidad a un precio razonable. Dando más seguridad y comodidad. No pesa apenas ñ, no va a sumar más peso al ser ligero Lo recomiendo, hay mucha variedad de colores y diseños, a gusto de cada uno 🤣😆

Ho usato questo PopSocket per anni e, sinceramente, a un certo punto mi sono reso conto di fare quasi fatica a usare il telefono senza. È uno di quegli accessori che sembrano superflui finché non ci prendi l’abitudine. È comodo per tenere meglio lo smartphone in mano, soprattutto quando lo si usa a lungo o con una sola mano o ancora, per esempio, in situazioni concitate (concerti, festival, disco ecc.), ma è anche un accessorio simpatico e personalizzabile. Ci sono tantissime fantasie, colori e finiture: quelli più vivaci sono molto pop e divertenti, mentre le versioni a tinta unita restano comunque eleganti e discrete. Da chiuso occupa pochissimo spazio, quindi non dà fastidio in tasca né in spazi più stretti, tipo marsupi o borse piccole. L’adesivo, almeno sulla mia cover liscia e lucida, è stato davvero resistente: è rimasto attaccato per anni senza problemi. Su una cover in silicone opaco, invece, l’ho trovato un po’ meno durevole, quindi secondo me rende meglio su superfici lisce. Molto belli anche quelli con finitura metallica, che aggiungono un piccolo vezzo estetico senza essere eccessivi. Nel complesso lo consiglio assolutamente. Ne ho comprati diversi e ne comprerò ancora.
