Ceramic Coating Square Japanese Tamagoyaki Omelette Small Skillet, Non-stick Rectangle Egg Roll Pan with Wood Handle

I love this pan. Put a pad of butter in and while it's heating up, whisk your eggs in a bowl with a pair of chopsticks. Pour a thin layer of eggs in and move the pan so that the front (the part farthest away from the handle) is directly over the heat. Once the eggs in this portion of the pan are cooked, use your chopsticks to start rolling the eggs towards the handle and move the cooked portion back down to the front to allow for the undercooked eggs to run down towards the fire. Keep repeating until you have a lovely rolled burrito of egg. I have 4 boys and they all LOVE my butter egg burritos. The pan itself is well made, easy to clean, and non-stick. The size is perfect for making eggs and the heat distributes perfectly. This was a great addition to our kitchen and I use it at least a few times a week. My husband thinks I buy too many kitchen gadgets, but even he loves the eggs I make.

Review of LISOS Japanese Omelet pan. A real Japanese pan, with apparently strong non-stick coating. Although it looks small it is easily capable of making a two-egg Japanese omelet. Comes with wooden omelet turner. Functional and good value.

I bought this pan to try making Tamagoyaki, and it’s definitely made the process easier. The non-stick surface works really well, there is no sticking, and the omelette comes out perfectly every time. The silicone brush and wooden spatula are nice touches too, making it easy to oil the pan and flip without damaging the surface. That said, it’s a bit small. It's good for one or two servings, but not ideal if you’re cooking for more people. The handle also feels a little short, which can make flipping the omelette a bit awkward. Overall, I’m happy with it for the price. It’s perfect for making Tamagoyaki at home, just be aware of the size if you want to cook larger portions.

I purchased this pan to make Tamagoyaki for my wife. It is the PERFECT size for making 2 or 3 egg rolled omelets. I also like that this is very non sticking, it made the rolling of the eggs very easy. The quality so far has been very good, i do use it on cast iron grates with a gas cooktop so the bottom my pan has had some of the coating rubbing off, but the inner cooking surface is still perfect.

Handle was loose. Hit the rivets with the ball peen hammer a few times over the anvil head of the bench vice they tightened right up. Other than that it seems like a decent pan. 1st omelet came out perfect. Nice large handle and nice nonstick coating.
