This is a good brand and good quality. They did seem to calm me down and they taste delicious.

I have adhd and tend to feel anxious rather often. This was a game changer not just for my anxiety but for my focus and my sleep as well. If you're a caffiene addict and need something to level you out, this supplement took me out of those jitters and gave me focus, clarity, and calmed me back down. Great for right before bed to make that noise in your brain calm down. I don't feel any nausea with this product, easy to chew, and the flavor is good.

I keep these stocked regularly. When going through divorce my EAP provider recommended these (alongside Gaba and 5htp but are great alone as well). I wanted something natural to avoid "anti depressants" or "anxiety " prescription bc ex would use that against me in custody talks. Does seem to calm you down

When my nervous system feels out of whack and I can’t have anymore caffeine this helps level me out. It gives me focused energy’s without the crash and burn. If helps calm me down but doesn’t make me tired!

We love this stuff. It helps calm your mind when you have trouble sleeping. My husband used to use Ambien (which is so bad!) but now uses this and is able to calm the mind and sleep. Tastes good too! We have bought many times and will continue to buy.

My naturopath recommended this to me to help me sleep. It worked very well for me the first few times that I used it. After that, however, it seemed to have the opposite effect. But, I do have a monthly subscription for it because it works very well for my husband. He takes it every night before bed.

For all of my life I have had difficulties falling asleep, my husband too. We have been using the chewies for multiple years now and we never go without, any night I forget to take it I can really notice a difference. If I have already taken it and I’m having difficulties sleeping still I just take another and I am usually asleep in no time! That is the nice part about l-theanine, you don’t need to worry about taking too many of them (I mean within reason obviously!) Not only can you take it at night, but you can take it during the day too if you struggle with anxiety or mind racing! Definitely should be a staple for anyone who struggles with sleep or anxiety!

This product works really well for relieving stress and anxiety without leaving you feeling tired or groggy at all. One warning - they contain xylitol so they aren’t suitable for pets.

I have a high stakes high pressure job. This helps take the edge off during the day without affecting cognition, fatigue or brain power. It’s also great at night to settle down. And in the middle of the night to get back to sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Have purchased a few times now! Caveat it isn’t a cure all and need to maintain your health and exercise. But this is a super supplement.
