Belly Butter 8oz- Fragrance Free, Decadant Cream Helps Prevent Stretch Marks, Relieves Itching, And Deeply Hydrates Skin During Pregnancy

This is great lotion -- it is scent free, so the scent that it *does* have, I'm not a big fan of, but for people who are sensitive to scents, this is probably made more for them so I'm not docking any stars because of this.It is nice and soft and smooth, I bought it when I was freaking out about not wanting any stretch marks and this is the best I've found on the market. I use it on my whole body though, so it's only lasted me a couple of months. It seems to work well, but always remember to keep hydrated with lots of water if you're scared about stretch marks like I am.I probably won't buy anymore only because I bought some Bath & Body Works Shea Butter that smells amazing and feels about the same, I may or may not regret that decision, but for anyone of the fence about trying this out, just buy it, you'll like it. I made my husband put it on his head after he shaved one day and he liked the fact that it was scent free and moisturized him all day without giving his head extra shine. Ha! Maybe I'll buy one just for him, now that I think about it. ;-)

Very thick, rich and creamy lotion without the sticky residue of most stretch mark creams. Absorbs in a few minutes. I use it in the morning and at night. The scent isn't terrible as other reviews have said, the scent leans more towards "scentless" as you'd find in other common lotions. Which I imagine the company did on purpose due to the sensitivity of many pregnant women. I will recommend this product.As for other who have said they didn't like it and received stretch marks...there are many factors you must consider besides just applying lotion. Such as diet, hydration and even your genes.This really is a great lotion if you're looking for something thick and creamy without the "sticky" after feel.

I am a little disappointed that the cream is not fragrance-free. In fact I actually find the smell to be mildly unpleasant and off-putting. I don't have a sensitive nose to begin with but it might've been more sensitive due to the pregnancy. The cream itself is moisturizing, and I like that it is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. Non-greasy and doesn't stain my clothes. I also like the packaging and that it is largely organic. Since I have just started using it, I don't know how effective it is in terms of preventing stretchmarks. I will continue to use it as the main purpose was stretchmark prevention so if it could do that, I'm happy. I don't know if I just got an "off" jar, but I really do not like the smell.

I became really itchy and my skin felt so tight and uncomfortable when I was pregnant. I tried several expensive products including Palmers Cocoa butter, Shea moisture (which I normally love), Gold Bond, bath and body Works, and others. None of them seemed to alleviate the itchiness and some of them created a flaky texture. I love the texture of Mama Belly butter! It's creamy just like butter and feels good on my belly when it's cold (I sometimes kept it in the fridge). I could massage my belly for more than 15 minutes without it drying out quickly and I liked the smell. It also helped alleviate the itchiness. I still got some stretch marks but they weren't that bad. I don't think the butter helped with that, but I really don't think any product would. Stretch marks are just a luck of the draw. I will continue using this product even after my pregnancy.

I like that it dries quickly and doesn’t feel to oily. It says “scent free”, but smells like hospital-grade lotion. Pregnancy can often cause a sensitivity to smell, so that’s why I chose this product, but I ended up adding a few drops of essential oil to try to help the smell.

I bought this because i got pregnant recently and I wanted to take care of my skin starting now and I’m still 11 weeks. I saw goid reviws so i was thinking let try it! So i start to use it also on my thighs, becyi had stretch marks thiere for years! All i can say the streach marks became from 3-6 lines after one 3 weeks twice a day! To one tiny line that you have to focus in order to see it. To be honest this is the best product i will buy more and i’m going to keep using it even after i give birth!

Sensitive skin here. I have been using this for almost two weeks now. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a lotion that works on your belly without causing rashes or reactions when you have heightened skin sensitivity in pregnancy? Let's just say my last baby I gave up altogether and used nothing. This time around this one seems to be doing the trick. No more itching, no rashes, goes on thick, which I actually like. I will update if my skin develops a reaction. Sometimes it takes a week or two before reaction occurs. But I highly recommend anyways (my skin sensitivity is not the product's fault).Oh, and as for the smell that the others complained about, I don't see it as a problem at all. Smells like any other lotion that doesn't add in perfumes. Which is perfect for me.

Fragrance free my butt!! It STINKS!!!!! I did not want stretch marks and I didn't want to spend even more money on other products so i just wanted to give this a chance in spite of the smell but... i have a ton of stretch marks all over my belly and hips. Didn't do anything except stink. Don't waste your money.
