These mini molds are so cute, I used them to make flans. They are made of aluminum alloy, and non stick coating material. They are heat and freezer resistant, and their surface is smooth so I can take out the flan easier. After use, I just put them in the dishwasher so they are easy to clean as well. The molds have clean and professional looks, perfect to make flan or anything cute to eat.

The description says carbon steel, but they were aluminum. The Price was very high for aluminum as the other aluminum cups are much less expensive. I paid the higher price solely because the description said carbon steel.

Smaller than I expected, but mini flans turned out really cute. You can eat them in just one bite though! Nice tiny baking cups!
