Its a sturdy tap with good water flow.does the job.look wise nice resembles premium brand. Earlier when I was ordering wasn't sure how it will be.but when I received it I was very happy.the thread portion is quite big so problem attaching it to the counter top.ended up ordering this tap for all 3 bathroom.very much satisfied.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED😡
I order this pillar cock 2 year back for my uncle and aunt (who live alone in a town) after few days of use it shine disappear and as they claim 7 year warranty so I try to contact this manufacturing company "Pixaflo" and every time I call them they just give me false assurance that they will replace the faucets in few days but they never do that and I also try to contact Amazon but they also don't help me and after 2 years when I came back in my uncle and aunt house you can see the condition of the tap and it leaking also and they claim 7 year warranty what kind of warranty is this and don't accept this kind of service from Amazon

Packing - it's not Amazon packing, also box is opened Product - quality is okay.. not bad but main thing is bubble filter, which is plastic and bubble water came. check image, left one my older tape's bubble filter, right one is received from this order. Overall unhappy by spending 1200+ amount in this product.

Working fine
This tap is working fine from past 2 weeks since it is delivered to me. Till now haven't faced any issue. I will update this review, if I find any issue in future.
