Great product - I can totally feel it working. This face lifting machine is very powerful and has so much potential. I realize I probably have to give it more uses, but from the baby steps in progress I can see just after a little experimenting, I can tell this product is full of power to make a difference!This Anjou face lifting machine comes with a stand/base to keep it in (it is not a charge-to-use item). It also comes with the USB-C plug with a decent length cord for power that MUST be plugged in while using. There is also a nice velvet storage bags for all the items to fit in for portability and even room for the instruction manual. It is very well presented in a black box upon arrival with a nice instruction book as well.The directions are good - easy to follow! It clearly demonstrates the “How to” for each need, and its corresponding mode and the movement path of the machine. There seems to be a little bit of overlap with some of the extensive uses... for example, if I wanted to smooth my bags under my eyes, then could use REJ Mode (Deep SPA) or I could use R&S Mode (RF & Sonic) since both modes help revive the skin, but I feel that REJ is the best mode since even on level 1 it is more powerful. I will be staying on level 1 for quite some time. I can just feel the reaction with my skin as it does its thing with this device. There are 3 modes and 4 levels per mode. Some of the LED light colors are similar in the modes but all the modes have slightly different purposes (though there may be some confusion when selecting which one to use).Each use/session is 4 minutes long, and to prevent the user from overdoing it, the face lifting machine auto-shuts off after 4 minutes on the nose. It is perfect (kind of like the toothbrushes that shut off after 2 minutes).I know the look of the unit should not matter.... but it is ergonomically designed and it is good for any hand size, and the buttons look like little diamonds! Just aesthetics, but the gold and black finish is cool and the machine is actually fairly light to hold. :)The only downside with this machine is the ability to fully clean it. Use lotion or some other “essence”, as they call it in the manual, as the primer before using the machine directly on the skin. I use lotion. It shows to use a damp cloth or rag to clean the head (not rinsing in water), but I find I just can’t get all the residue of the lotion out of the groves around the metal “button-like pieces” on the treatment head. I may have to use an old toothbrush to properly get in there. 99% of it comes off and then I can see it around the perimeter of these metal head pieces. It is not very prominent, but I wish a special cleaning tool came with this device.All in all, I really love this things this professional machine can do for my face, and I plan on using it regularly, according to the instructions. After the 8th week, it is a once a week deal. I recommend this product as I think it is unique for all it has to offer and I feel its value is quite good, considering all that it can do, and how powerful I can tell you that it is. Good for yourself or for a gift. Just 4 minutes per use... and I can feel the difference each time. I know it is a building process. Recommended! 💕

If I could I will give a 0* review.First and second, It didn't work, did not charge.The second came with oily fingerprints, disassembled and just throwing in a warned box.

This product is very easy to operate and simple yet extremely effective. After usage, I feel like my skin feels smoother and less tense. Not to mention, it is also very comfortable when I am using it. This product is really effective and works efficiently without problems. 100% would recommend!

I have been using this product for a few weeks and it’s quite the difference for my face. I noticed that it’s visibly reduced the wrinkles in my face and has left it looking visibly healthier and cleaner the longer I use it. The packaging on this product was very nice and it even comes with a travel pouch for on-the-go storage.

The first two weeks I felt a difference in face lifting my skin felt tighter . After a month use my skin started to break out and I had Skin abrasions they were red as if they were burnt little spots on my face I noticed It got worse when one looked like almost a burned cigarette mark . I know for a fact it’s due to using this frequency light . so I stopped Using it and returned . It may work for people without sensitive skin . Just FYI I used The frequency on level 2 not sure if it’s the LED lights that are too strong and too warm or hot to the touch but I dont Want to take any chances and continue to break out .

I have used the device for over a week. I don't see hardly any results. Maybe I haven't given it enough time. I expected better results than I am seeing.

I will need more time. I am pushing it cause I probably need a face lift after being sick with auto immune disease. Lost so much weight plus disease attacked collagen in my cheeks. They say 30 days with this.For me its gonna be more that that. Will update.

I thought when purchasing this item has an effect like red light therapy, but did nothing. This item cannot cost as much and does not have any effect as red light devices and red light device are much cheaper.
