Jump rope.
The jump rope was awesome to use, I worked on speed, agility, and overall cardio. But the quality was not able to keep it together. It broke after 3 months.

Good quality speed rope for the money. Easily adjustable. The end not the rope get in the way when you adjust it smaller but you can coil them up so they are out of the way.

cord is a bit heavy for speed rope and the rope breaks a lot
it's not as light a cord as my last one. It's fine but I go through these w/in a couple months every time. They just start losing plastic on the cord or the screws eat through the cord. They don't last that long if you're doing this almost every day. Probably lasts me like 3months

Not durable enough
I was disappointed with this jump rope. It was easy to assemble and adjust, but the overall quality didn’t meet my expectations. It didn’t feel very durable, and it wasn’t as smooth or comfortable to use as I expected. I ended up looking for a different jump rope after trying this one.

Speed jump rope with replaceable parts
Its works great and the cable is replaceable. The PVC coated steel cable is available at Home Depot for $0.80/feet. When the cable breaks from daily use one can replace it without purchasing a new jump rope. The handles are made of aluminum with bearings and should last. Overall an excellent product.

One ball bearing doesn’t freely rotate.
Quality is good however one ball bearing is not smooth so it doesn’t freely rotate which affects speed skipping in every aspect. Wouldn’t recommend based on the example I have.
