Q: Is this with the wax?

No and on bottom denture did not work at all. Totally not worth anything.

Q: what are the differences, AND advantages, of using the wafers vs the liners? I now use SEA BOND liners & SECURE Adhesive.

To the best of my knowledge, they are one and the same.

I don't know, i just know they work amazingly well.

Q: if it is that strong, how do you get your dentures out of your mouth?

The same way you would take them out with any other product you're using. I like them compared to the other denture stuff, no goopy mess to remove from roof of your mouth/ give it a try .
