Seems to be an excellent product. Not a scientific observation but I seem to have healed faster from my brain surgery after my daughter, a midwife, gave me some to try. This I believe to be a worthwhile supplement to take. Flavor? Well I suppose if you love salt licks, this would have a pleasing flavor. If you chew rather that swallow whole pills, you are braver than me. The only drawback for me is if you fill up a weeks worth of your pills in a pill dispenser, they will disintegrate and then they taste yucky. "Can't believe I am 75 and still using the word yucky."

These are great minerals. I was recommended to use these mineral by Dr. Robert Thompson(author of the Calcium Lie 2). I did a hair analysis test under his supervision and found out that I was highly deficient in minerals, the major minerals and trace minerals. This is one of the supplements that is helping me restore my mineral balance. However, I would highly recommend a hair analysis to get an accurate reading on your current mineral deficiencies because these tablets have more calcium than the Electrolyte Stamina product( which has more potassium) from trace mineral. Getting a hair analysis is the only way you will ever find out which particular minerals you are deficient in.

I've been taking these for about two weeks and so far I've been very pleased with them. I feel like they're helping me sleep better and thus i have more energy. They help make you "regular" too. The pills are definitely NOT that big. I can swallow two at a time. They do taste salty but that's to be expected and it's not overbearing. They are a bit moist but i put them in my daily pill divider with my other pills and they do NOT melt on them. I did a lot of research and these are the best i found for quality and results.

These minerals will make a real difference in your comfort. The calcium and trace minerals are great for preventing leg cramps. However, the tablets will NOT tolerate any humidity. The tablets in the bottle I purchased in February (and the bottle before) are going to pieces due to moisture accumulation. And YES, I keep the moisture packets in the bottle! These tablets also cannot be mixed with other tablets /capsules in a travel pack (for instance) as the moisture in these tablets will degenerate the other tablets/capsules into a gelatinous mass. A good product, but I wish the tablets held together better!

If you live in the desert or otherwise get dehydrated, these are a must to prevent muscle spasms

Essential for balanced nutrition. I have taken these for years. Only drawback is that they fall apart when exposed to air In my med boxes, so I have to pour them daily from the bottle.

I was recommended to take Trace Minerals by my naturopath. I bought this brand but was not completely happy with it. While they might have a lot of great minerals in them, the tablets seem to fall apart and they were bitter when trying to swallow them. Made them hard to take. I finished the bottle but decided to go with a different brand that doesn't do this.

Honestly, I can't believe nobody has commented on this. But, this stuff could be renamed "Colon Blow". I trend towards constipation, and the label said that it could cause diarrhea. I thought, "I will be fine. I will take the regular dose. This will be great to balance out my keto diet!" Hmmm. Listen to what the label says--I regretted my decision. From the time you know you are going to the bathroom, you will need to sprint like an Olympian to get there in time. I am not sure how it works...I am sure fine. I won't give it a bad rating because I misjudged the power of this stuff--that is on me. Yes, they are huge and they taste SUPER nasty. If they could do something about that part, it would be great. Just know that these things are serious business.

Dependiendo del uso que les des pueden no ser suficientes y no están tan balanceados. Llevo años tomando los de otra marca para el manejo de mi disautonomía y me funcionan de maravilla. No los pude conseguir la última vez y compré estos porque tenían buenas reseñas. Me descompensé terriblemente, no fueron ni cerca de suficiente. Además la calidad de las tabletas es realmente mala. Algunas rotas, otras con grietas. Son muy caras para lo que traen. Las de blife vienen en cápsulas, con mayor producto y mayor contenido de minerales. Estos definitivamente no los volvería a comprar ni los recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones por mejor precio.

Feels amazing within hours of taking it. Especially the digestion but don't overdo it.
