My sister and I have miniatures for cart driving. All these books are wonderful!

It gave me a small sample of what I would be getting into if I was to start working with these horses. I initially bought the book for my friend and will pass it on to her.

Another good book; but, not much new information that I did not already have in hand

The book was a gift for daughter who became the owner of three mini Horses. She said the book is excellent, has information she can use in the care and raising the horses.

Informative. Color pictures would have been nice.

Not enough information is covered in this book...I just bought our first mini and wanted more details. This book just scratched the surface. It really lacked information on caring for minis. It did contain a lot of information on their history and had a basic introduction to showing them.

Outdated black and white photos

Ordered this book for my daughter who has a mini obsession but on looking through it myself decided not to give it. Very few pictures a lot of name dropping and dates coupled with abbreviations for society's that are not relevant to a uk resident. Similar content to the book of mules which I also ordered and returned at same time as chapter for chapter a lot of repeated information. Not one colour picture either.
