Coupe très, très bien, mais un peu fin, cela ne convient pas pour tous les légumes (trop fin pour faire des frites, par exemple)

I bought the Rösle multifunction grater to replace a blunt box grater. The contrast in sharpness was immediately noticeable. You can see why it is pricy. The German made Rösle has tempered etched stainless blades that require minimal pressure to slice through carrots, cheese, onion, sweet potato and even tomato. It has a nice rigid triangular design. The fine blade is similar to a microplane. The course grater blade is a pressed design but etched to reduce the thickness of the tempered steel at the cutting edge. The slicer is fixed at 2.5 mm and this section can be removed to clean behind the blades. There are fewer blades than a traditional box grater but since the blades are so sharp it grates quickly and cleanly. Mind your fingers! I like the ergonomics using it. My only gripe is the much commented on blade cover that is entirely covered in a white safety sticker that spoils the otherwise smart look. I haven't tried to remove the sticker - yet! Since I mine arrived today the price went up 30%. I guess I was lucky. For what I paid it is 5 stars. Recommended.

環境のことを考え、台所器具をプラスチックからステンレスの物に変えたくて購入。大きいですがシンプルでよく切れます。厚みの調節も簡単に出来、場所を確保できる方にはお勧めです。スライスのみですので、大根の千切りは スライスした物を包丁で切っています。その点が不便と言えば不便ですが、味は良いように思います。

This is the best mandolin in my opinion. I have many Rosle products they are made to last. Just be sure to get a finger guard, sold separately by Rosle
