Essential multivitamin
I have hashimotos disease (under active thyroid) and I need all the vitamins this contains. So it's excellent for my needs.

Well I purchased this because it said it had other natural ingredients. I can not find on the bottle. I like the price and the smell is not overwhelmingly bad. I started taking ten yesterday and I had a boost of energy. Don’t know if it was the cinnamon twist or the two cups of coffee. lol today I still have some energy- I feel good. My urine is bright yellow…. Are the nutrients being absorbed into my body? I have not had any issues with digestion. I give them a 5 star because I don’t see or feel bad, nothing overwhelming. I’ll continue to take until I finish the bottle. Oh the only thing I don’t like is having to take 2 pills a day.

Solid stuff
I’d like to think these help with energy and overall well being. They taste and smell pretty strongly and weird, but you don’t have to chew it!
