The delivery was fast, and the product came in perfect condition. At my personal opinion, the product is of very good quality, it did some good, but not enough for me ---but--- it could be perfect for someone else. I purchased it with a similar product at the same time and it's the same thing with the other also. JF

Works for me although I had to buy two to get enough padding. I appreciate the softness. Another Coccyx cushion I bought was way too firm.

It does it's job just okay. The cushion doesn't flatten like some others I've tried, but it can hurt my lower back personally if I sit on it a certain way. I still use it and it is worth $20 to help with my coccyx pain

I bought this seat cushion for my senior citizen mom, as her wheelchair was not comfortable to her very thin behind. I hoped this cushion would be a soft, comfy padding for her to sit upon, but it is too firm. In fact, it is more firm than the seat of the wheelchair we were trying to cushion and pad. The foam is hard and rigid. Mom has no extra fat, and her bony behind needs softness and cushioning. Not the fault of the product. If you desire a firm cushion, this pillow will be exactly what you want. But if you’re looking for softness or squishy comfort, this isn’t that pillow. I gave the pillow to a friend who lives it, because she wanted a firm seat cushion. I will say the material Is good quality and the manufacturing looked like quality sewing g and construction. It just didn’t suit my mom’s desired level of softness and squishiness.
