Overall, they're a decent pair of glasses. The size measurements are perfect. I think for someone with a medium head because for me they definitely hurt behind my ears where the end of the glasses sit I cannot wear the glasses for more than 30 minutes before the back of my head starts hurting, and I have to take the glasses off for a few minutes. The glasses are currently not in use if I do use them I will only use them special purpose momentarily.
