These things are great. I can cut through tough plastic with out much effort. They work well for what I need them for.

You need to understand that calling these things scissors is like calling an M1 abrams a vehicle. They will annihilate things that you would cut with a pair of scissors and they will not stop there. No... The micro serrations on the lower blade might look like something put there for "style", but do not be fooled. These blades thirst for blood. If your fingers dare to draw slowly, cautiously, curiously over the blade, you will need medical attention. That's how sharp they are. Makes quick work of things like cardstock, waterproofing membrane, and foundation drainage dimple mat. Solidly built for sure. Honestly it's a good product. Just do not touch the serrated blade. Don't do it. Sharpness: Lethal Quality: Ain't going nowhere

Favorite shears perfect for cutting rubber and tpo roofing membrane.

I purchased my first pair about 6 months ago to carry with my field service tools. Buying a second pair for my shop. These scissors are great. The cut straight, are strong and do not rip of fray edges. These are my "All Purpose" shears. I use them for everything cutting labels from my label makers, paper, cardboard, plastic sheeting and shims and even thin metals. However I do use other appropriate shears for heavy duty materials like sheet metal. I'm sure that can handle more that I throw at them but I don't want to wear them out. They are a good buy for the money and Toughbuilt continues to impress me with their line of tools and bags.

Cuts very well,they need to stock these.

These are great scissors, they make you feel invincible, like you could cut through anything. They fit my hand real nice, they are not so good for smaller hands (my wife did not care for them). It fits at the base of your thumb, which is verry comfortable, and gives you more leverage.

Wow, these are big and strong! Seem good quality and like they will last. Update: a year and a half later and these still cut decently well. Not as good as originally, but my kids have used them to cut through popsicle sticks and who knows what else, and they still work. When we are looking for a scissors, it is the one we grab.

The 5” hardened steel blades, the comfortable oversized handles, the measurements on both blades, the weight, the colors. I hesitated as these were $22 at the local Atlas Machinery store but they couldn’t tell me when stock was going to be recieved if ever, so I bit the bullet on these at $69. Was way more than I ever would budget but see the value even at that price. Highly recommend for bad-ass multipurpose scissors.
