How do I open the bottle??? Other than that, I like this stuff. The color lasts and fades nicely

I love this conditioner! Toned down my brassiness a lot! I recently have put my hair through a lot, I had a perm in January on my already dyed dark brown hair, then me being me got fed up, so I decided to lighten my hair nearer to my natural colour which is really like a grey/brown/blonde (dirty blonde) or at least light enough for me to grow my own hair out. I chose this as I didn’t want to actually dye my hair again with a permanent colour I had already put it through enough. I got the ash blonde and I also bought cafe latte. I used the ash blonde first then after a few weeks (today) I added 1 part of the cafe latte to 2 parts ash blonde to get it a little darker and tbh my hair is feeling much better already and the colours are beautiful. I’ll put my hair before in the pictures, after the ash blonde (straight hair) and after the cafe latte and ash blonde (curled hair) I would recommend these conditioners :) I’m definitely going to keep purchasing to keep on top of it and the good thing is it’s your own custom colour as can’t always get the colour you want with permanent dyes. I left it on my hair the first time around half hour on damp hair and the second time I only left the mixture of the 2 colours on for around 10 mins :) impressed

Ottimo prodotto. Ho preso il 7.1 (café latte) per smorzare i toni arancioni post sole estivo su capelli con mechès, quindi trattati e un po’ secchi alle punte, ma comunque molto spessi e resistenti. Mi ha leggermente scurito le ciocche più chiare ma nel complesso il risultato è ottimo. Il balsamo è viola quindi dà un colore cenere naturale sui biondi e castani chiari. Ho lavato i capelli solo con lo shampoo e poi lasciato il balsamo in posa 30 minuti come prima prova (le istruzioni consigliano min 20 min, max 45). Unico piccolo neo: per districare i capelli post lavaggio ho dovuto comunque usare una buona maschera perché il balsamo certamente non li secca, ma non li ammorbidisce nemmeno. Sicuramente è da provare. Ancora non so quanto durerà l’effetto ma con qualche lavaggio chiaramente dovrebbe scaricare.
