It's hard to stay motivated when you are not happy with the tools to keep up with the demands of therapy. Since I needed to upgrade my band to another strength level and this seemed to be a nice way to do both.These are exceptional professional quality as I expected. I also have a balance ball from this company and am pleased with the qualit of both. Please see my video.

I can't believe the band broke in less than a month not very good quality, I like the bands and I saw something about a one year warranty but I do not know how to activate it. Would be happy if the company could contact me so I can replace the broken band.

With all of us stuck at home, with little money and no space to build our own gym. Or like me and only walk, but now can't being stuck inside...This item is a must have! because its compact, easy & quiet to use while another is working from home or while you're watching TV, and we all know excercise increases endorphins-we all need all the positivity we can get stuck inside nowadays. Buy for yourself and for your family, and maybe even your neighbors.I encourage you to take advantage of the low impact exercise on our body and the high impact on our well being!BTW, this product exceeds my expectations, and the quality is amazing! Its latex free. It does come with a few suggestions on use, exercise ideas and a one year warranty.

So far this is my favorite band set for general exercise. The colors are lovely and unlike most sets I've found this one actually covers a pretty wide range of resistances in one set. The light isn't extremely light - but realistically for exercise rather than therapeutic uses that's actually good news.The band set is just slightly thicker/heavier than a similar set of therabands - but honestly it's such a small difference that I'm not sure it'll matter for most use cases. I like these enough they end up coming with me anyway.

Broke in one week, only used the green one 3 times for physical therapy and it snapped

Product came in 3 sizes, Light, Medium and Heavy. I work out ALOT, so I liked having the versatility of diff band resistances on days when I am not feeling up to a heavy workout. I have to say I was sorely disappointed right away with this product. I have used several bands in my past years (over 25) of working out, and this is the first time I have used a product that literally broke after the first workout, actually it was DURING the first workout with it. I used the Medium band and didn’t even put as much tension on it as I could have, BAM, darn thing busted in half! Rest asssured I will NOT purchase these again. My shoes worn during my workout were not rough, no rocks, not sharp. I cannot do my workouts (the ones designed for me), without shoes. I suppose if you were ONLY using these bands with bare feet for yoga or pilates, they’d be great, but not for anything else (IE workout DVDs that require a resistance band for the workout). I am very disappointed and wish I would’ve just saved my money. Ah well, live and learn.

Pulled this out of the package and gave it a few tries. It snapped apart! I hadn't owned it even 15 minutes. Kinda made me punch myself in the ear with the snap. I didn't do anything with it other than stretch it.The company did send me a replacement set of them. So they have good customer service.

My daughter had to do PT for her knee. She was happy I got these for her , so she can do her exercise at home also. Nice variety of resistance. They are very durable and flexible.
