20" Kent 2 Cool Girls' BMX Bike, Satin Purple

Do NOT buy this bike. 6 year old was so excited when it arrived. 1 hour later, discovered that front brackets were welded too close together to get front wheel on and 6 year old was in tears.

Giving this an overall 3 stars. The bike seems sturdy enough, but it did take my husband a while to put together. The rear brake caliper had to be adjusted because it didn’t grip the tire at all. Was expecting this to be a hand brake only, but it also brakes with the pedals as a normal children’s bike does. The frame came scratched in a few places and had some paint missing. Will work overall for my 8 year old but will buy a bike from the store next time.

I bought this bike for my daughter's birthday. When it arrived it had a few scratches (not a big deal). When I was assembling the bike, the front forks were bent in and hand to use a mini jack to spread the forks apart. I also notice the front wheel had play, which seemed to be bearings missing and one of the bolts for the gooseneck was missing. I replaced the bolt but requested for the company to send me a new wheel since I already threw away the package and my daughter was already in love with the bike. They did respond to my requests promptly but, after four responses; they just wanted me to return it. That was completely unacceptable to me since I was just requesting a new wheel and I dealt with the other issues myself. If the bike was a common color, I would have just bought another wheel.....the company had every excuse not to send me a wheel and would rather just pay me a refund or replacement. In my head, I thought I was doing them a favor of not wasting a whole bike and just just fix what needed to be fixed/replaced. So basically, they just don't listen. I would not refer this bike or company to anybody.

The front wheel never fit and the product is defective and I can see many customer complaint about this issue still amazon selling these type of defective items and wasting customer time and money.. why the seller do not review customer comment and check the defect so that next customer like me do not face this issue. I am surprise to see amazon like company allowing these kind of defective items in their site.. why no pre check on these ki d of items

this was a great bike. beautiful feels sturdy and durable, my daighter loves it. the only reason i shorted from 5 stars is the back nreak doesn't seem right. its loose and my daughter suddenly stops because to wobbles to the wheel. i might remove it because you reverse peddle to stop (which is desirable for/us.)i am considering buying another for another daughter!it has hand brakes and coaster hub ( you can brake with the pedals)

This bike is total trash. The wheels came slightly oval so they aren't even perfect circles, the rear bearing locks up and engages the brake at seeming random intervals, the pedals cracked almost immediately and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the rest of this POS falls apart. I'm never buying a bike like this again. My daughter only got maybe a month out of this bike and I'm already looking for another... Just trash. Avoid this bike.

This bike was delivered well within the time frame quoted, priced extremely well, packaged nicely and was assembled with a minimum of cussing. My granddaughter was thrilled with it because the paint was gorgeous (with a few minor imperfections). She thanked me profusely for it. I realize that it was heavy considering the size, but she'll get a couple of good years riding it, then move on to an MTB.

Got this for our daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Great quality.
