I'm not good at drinking plain water and living in the desert, I need a lot of it! These make that easy and even drinking 2 or 3 of these daily, I suffer no negative effects. There are times when you sweat a lot due to a hard workouts or being outside in the heat and on those days you loose more sodium and should use another higher sodium containing brand (and I do). But for every day hydration these are the BEST! I love the flavor too! No need to add a sweetener to make these more palitable because it is already lightly sweetened with stevia. No weird aftertaste; just pure refreshment!

I primarily use this to help with dry mouth. It’s very effective, I like the flavor and it doesn’t leave an aftertaste. The powder takes a while to dissolve, but I fix that by shaking my water bottle. I have tried other brands because this is a bit pricey, but nothing else compares well.

I have been ordering this product for over a year now. I like the taste better than the other leading brands. It hydrates well. Because I do not like really sweet products, I do use 1/3 to 1/2 of the packet at a time. I recommend giving it a try.

It works too well! Full off enegry next day (but body still need recovery- it masks it amazingly well like taking advil.. it's hard to explain..) The tastte is fine - better tthan packed with sugar ones (but to each his own). Better price than the liquid.iv and works the same if not better? Definately would be buying this again.

As a "clean" girly, this is my favorite electrolyte powder! The taste is so good yet not overly sweet. Not only do I, but my husband really notices a difference in my energy levels when I take it! Good value for the cost.

I ordered product in a plastic pouch and got one in a paper box. It's the same product but at different prices. Plastic pouch is more expensive. Why was I sent the cheaper one? Its just the principle for me. Called and got a refund

I received the package with EIGHTEEN sachets inside. For the price of this item, being robbed 2 units is just wrong and ridiculous. Really unhappy and will not buy again..
