I loved learning the pressure points and these socks came with a diagram that matched the diagram on the socks. I really only needed the diagram, the socks ware a tight fit on my US Woman’s size 9 feet. The diagram on the socks started to peel a bit, so I ended up just using the tool they sent and the paper diagram. I’m glad I got it, but there was probably an even cheaper way to go.

This pair of socks are comfortable with separate toes. I am glad that the print is in English. The reflexology zone chart in the package is very thoughful: it's a lot easier to read from your hands than from your feet. And it will last longer than the prints on the socks. In general, I am pretty happy with the purchase.

I figured it was a long shot that the reflexology socks would work (regardless of brand), but these were expensive, so I thought I’d give them a go. I tried multiple times, using a variety of motions/pressure/techniques to no avail. Just buy a massage gun, those are much more effective.

These socks are helping me to remember what each part of the foot is connected to. The human body is so fascinating!

The package came with two right socks making the purchase useless. Should have had one right one left

Not good quality as 1 sock text is so much faded that it's hard to read the TEXT. It's not possible to return also so it's a waste of money, won't recommend to buy

My mother has sore feet, heart issues, insomnia, and hip issues. I bought this product as a gift for her along with a massage ball so that she could see which of her organs are actually showing symptoms in her feet. she is finding it very useful.
