Best Inserts
These things are my favorite. They have nice support and are sturdy enough if you’re on the heavier side. Also unlike some of the newer styles that use two pieces stuck together these don’t make squeaky noises.

Almost perfect...
I replace the insole of my dog walking shoes. The arch is just slightly off for my foot, so next time I will buy the next larger size. The insole is a vast improvement over the original insole. I don't feel every rock when we head out.

Great product, flat feet
My 6 year old son had been having pain in both feet stating his toes hurt. They would hurt to the point of him crying at night. We went to the podiatrist and xrays done, confirmed flat feet. We were referred for orthotics and they were $500-$600 and needed rotated anytime his feet grew. We did some research and found orthotics do not develop the arch, just helps relieve symptoms. We read reviews on these and decided to give them a try. These are not full length and that's ok and helps with growth. They do have such an arch that you have to find the right shoes to wear them with. They also slide around at times, not a huge issue for him. We opted to get high top under armor shoes and they fit perfectly. My son states they are comfortable and are helping his pain. There are times he will complain but very rarely.

I use Powerstep insoles in all of my shoes, and have done so for many years.
Powerstep insoles were recommended to me by a podiatrist many years ago. My wife and I tried them, and have been used them in all of our shoes since then. We simply remove the (usually flimsy) inserts that come with the shoes and replace them with the Powersteps. This makes the shoes much more comfortable to wear. I strongly recommend this product.

Wow!
I always change out my inserts when I get new boots. I was reserved in my opinion when I got these, they are fairly firm and when I put them in my shoes my feet didn't jump for joy. Today I took them on a 7 mile hike. We have had a wet spring and the cows have beat the trail up like I haven't seen in years! Due to the uneven terrain my hike took about 45 minutes longer. My feet are pretty tired when I get home even without the rough conditions. Getting home I changed into tennis shoes as usual and was able to take the dog out for 2 more miles. Are my feet pain free, no but I don't have burning aching feeling I usually have and after walking my dog my feet feel pretty much back to normal!

Size’s are NOT right
Don’t advise anyone to purchase bc the sizing is wayyyy off.

You have to cut/modify it for your foot.
So the insole should be tapered smaller around the big toe. Due to the increase in width of the sole, the boot becomes smaller to the point where it crushes the big toe. It made it painful amd tingly. In order to correct this, i had to cut the sole and take the part of the big toe off. That little extra room gives the big toe just enough wiggle room for it to breathe. It took me many hikes to figure that out. It was to the point where my toe split open from the pressure this sole caused. But now that I cut it, it's a good sole.
