It's a high dose for Vitamin D as compared to normal vitamins, as I don't have much exposure to the sun due to the weather and work setup. These supplements seems liks they're a good option to keep the body functioning properly.

I have been taking this D3 supplement for almost a year and I have absolutely noticed positive results. I feel better I have more energy. I recently had a physical and the dr did a blood test and my D level was 61! These supplements are absolutely absorbing into my system and they are working! These supplements are a great price. The size of the soft gel is medium small easy to swallow there is virtually almost no stickiness of the soft gels. I feel like my immune system is stronger for taking D3. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had to start taking these after a blood test showed that my vitamin D was deficient. I started taking these 3 months ago, and was retested last week, My vitamin D levels are back up into the normal range now. These are small and easily swallowed with a small amount of water. Since they are a softgel, there is no taste.
