Keeps Them Fog-Free All Day
I thought I had tried just about every technique to keep glasses from fogging up under masks during the past year. This one is one of the best. This product is a 2 oz spray bottle with an anti-fog cleaning cloth. The product does not contain either isopropyl alcohol or ammonia. It does not harm the coating on lenses. The active ingredient is alcohol ethoxylate. The directions say to spritz on the front and back of the lenses. Wait 5 seconds and then wipe off with the anti-fog cloth. Personally, I have found the best technique for preventing fog is:1. Spritz well on front and back of glasses, making certain that it is evenly dispersed.2. Wait about 15 seconds.3. Use anti-fog cloth to wipe glasses. (These anti-fog cloths actually make a difference.)4. Wait about 3-5 minutes before putting glasses back on. Don't ask me why. It just makes a difference.**If your glasses are super-dirty, before doing any of this, rub your lenses with Dawn or Palmolive dish detergent and then wash under lukewarm water. Dry. Then begin steps 1-4.Does this prevent fog for 72 hours? I don't know, because my glasses need to be cleaned at least a couple times a day. This technique does prevent fog while wearing a mask though.I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who experiences foggy glasses or goggles. 5 stars.

Pretty good
This worked better than I thought it would. It kept my lenses from fogging about as well as my clothes that I usually use.

It does a fine job cleaning the lenses, but not as great for long-term anti-fog
I tested this out on military-grade goggles that I use for running, and I can attest that it does a great job cleaning the lenses and not leaving a visible residue. Part of that might be attributable to the "anti-fog" cloth that comes with it, which surprisingly, felt a little rougher than other cloths that I've used to clean lenses. My experience for the anti-fog feature, is about the same as with other brands. Initially it does a great job, but within a few hours of running, they start to build up moisture when the outside temps go down and my body temp goes up, combined with sweat, and whatever moisture is in the air. Keeping the goggles close to my face and with all the other fluctuations, the inside just slowly gets moist again, and it starts to block my vision over time. This spray lasts at least as long as the other anti-fog solutions that I've found, but nowhere near the 72 hours that is advertised. I can maybe get to between 4 and 6 hours of running without the lens starting to fog up again. So it's fine as a temporary solution, and if you have the time/patience to reapply this seems to work really well. But for an all-day solution it comes up a tiny bit short.

Really Works!
I do not have to go out a lot but I wear glasses all the time and the steaming up issue is a real problem when I have to wear a mask. I also hate it when I go out in the cold and my glasses steam up. Also when I have to open the dishwasher the steam blinds me. So I've been wanting something like this for a long time, and wearing masks is just one reason. This was very easy to use. It is a small bottle. One spray on both sides. I wiped it around with my fingers for a few minutes to make sure it was worked in and then wiped it with a paper towel and then wiped it dry with a clean dry portion of the paper towel. After doing this I subjected it to steam and it worked great. No steam on my glasses. I realize I will have to reapply this through the day but at least I have something that works. I'm going to try to get in the habit of applying this at night before bed and see how well it works. I've heard that if you let it dry and then wipe it that the effects lasts longer. We will see. So far so goodThanks for reading my reviewBecky Brooks
