Perfect for kids

I give these to both of my kids, ages 6 and 8 before bedtime. With all of the germs around school and in general life these really do help to prevent illness. They don't mind the taste or texture. The price is fair and they are fresh.

Tastes great, not sure how effective they are but the extra zinc and vitamin c in them can’t hurt during cold/flu season. Very picky 3 year old likes the flavor.
