Horrible--could not get a refund--or contact Amazon after Runaround!
Hello, Amazon, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Please allow return!,My Luxor towels were defective. Although purchased in Feb. 2019, they were not used until summer 2019, and became filled with pilling after ONE wash. I wish to return them. After back and forth with Luxor, the manufacturer (where AMAZON directed me!!), Luxor said the following:Hi Leslie,After we carefully investigate your concern, We found that this was fulfilled and shipped by amazon and not us. Please contact amazon customer service to help you further.Thank you.Luxor LinensCristinaCustomer Service@Luxor LinensThis is what I wrote in the initial contact with Luxor, AFTER contacting Amazon for a return--who said Luxor was responsible for returns:Please allow me to return the Luxor towels for a refund.Photos attached...the WHOLE towel--both towels--were covered in pilling, after only one wash. Thick Long Drying Time Huge
These towels are really thick. I thought I would love them, because they’re enormous and thick, but it takes a long time to dry. Like hours and hours, and they aren’t absorbent. Be great to impress company or to keep you from the elements in the woods. Lol

Average, nothing Luxury about these
Not overly thrilled. Touted as luxury towels but they are average. The are NOT super or even kinda soft; they’re a bit rougher than I’d expected. The white threading shows through on the blue stripes. Don’t be fooled these are basic beach towels. These happened to meet the color criteria I had. Happy I only purchased 2.

Truly Luxurious
I use this 40" x 70" towel to cover my yoga mat while I do my morning stretches and exercises. It is very thick, soft to the touch and seems durable (only time will tell). It seems to be a high quality product. I'm really happy that it was a Prime Deal as well.

Worth the money!
These aren’t the cheapest towed, but they are absolutely worth it. I got out of a hot tub in 50 degree weather and wrapped myself in one. It’s size covered me better than any towel I have ever owned before AND kept me extremely work. It’s soft and absorbent. Going in and changing to dry clothes was optional. It’s so great, I ordered 7 more so that we can use them everyday as well as with the pool.

Absorbent and big
Great beach towel! Love the green color, it looks so plush. It’s so big and perfect for sunbathing at the beach or even using it as a cloth for picnic. Still looks brand new after I’ve washed it!

Love the towels, great for the beach and pool, easy to spot at a crowded pool.Great feel and softness. Would purchase this product again.

Excellent towel quality
This is an excellent towel and I washed it the first time and I saw complaints on other towels that they would find fuzzy stuff in the washer. That did not occur with this towel at all and it’s a very good quality towel. I would highly recommend
