I'm enjoying it. Much better than a green tea bag. I like it with a little honey abs almond milk and I froth it.Update: Because of the price difference, I bought a Culinary grade when I started getting low on this. I was very disappointed in the Culinary grade, it takes twice as much to make a cup of tea and it is bitter. I'll never do that again.

I received this matcha tea at a discounted rate in exchange for a fair of you. I am constantly chasing ways to raise my energy, without raising my heart rate. I take vitamin B 12 on a regular basis. I try to go to sleep as early as possible, and do various other things. But it seems like I am always struggling to remain awake. I know this to you have a lot of other benefits, but the one that I noticed the most was increased energy. I'm not going to say I could've ran out the house and run a marathon, but I definitely didn't find myself yawning throughout the day. It was really easy to make as well. The instructions say to dissolve it in 250 mL, so I look that up and that's one cup. So I made a cup of tea with hot water, and drink it. Easy as pie.

I'm a big matcha fan and I love this matcha. It's very healthy for you and it gives you a burst of energy. I like to mix a teadpoon or less with a glass of water and add ice. It mainly tastes like unsweetened tea. I usually have a glass after lunch so I can push through the rest of the work day. It's easy to mix and tastes great. I received this item at a discount for my honest unbiased opinion which I have given.

Smooth flavor and great texture! I was reading up on Matcha, and found that there can be different grades of matcha; this is definitely 'tea ceremony' grade (high quality). I've sprinkled some on some vanilla icecream to try it out; surprisingly, not bad! Comes in a little tin for preservation, and inside that is a static bag for the actual matcha. Very good and great flavor; try it on everything!
