I decided to go with this brand due to the purity and lab testing results. This product works very well. To get the full benefits take as a stack with complementary synergy pairing. For a full metabolic repair. I use it in combination with Homemade kefir smoothies, w/ NAD+ , collagen peptides, MCT oil, omega 3 Oil , olive oil single source, soursop bitters , magnesium complex, cinnamon, blueberries. All of which will boost berberine effects on the body. 500mg 2x a day for 5 days & 2 days off. I do one with smoothie in the morning and one before dinner. Glucose readings remain stable all day.

I am trying this product in an effort to get my A1C down. Taking one cap twice daily. Last check it was 6.5. My annual physical is 8/18/26. Have to wait to see if it really works. 4 Stars for now.

not a big fan with capsule form as the stick when going down on occasion, I find a good supplement for my hypothyroidism

I purchased this after watching some videos on Amazon. The capsules contain 500 mg of berberine and have been easy for me to take. So far, I haven’t had any problems with them, and I’ve noticed that my sugar cravings seem to be less frequent.

Although this is my first time purchasing off of Amazon, I have been purchasing Natural Factors Berberine for a number of years and have had incredible results in my health. I have PCOS, and after being diagnosed in 2014, I began taking berberine combined with a low carb, low sugar diet. In 2014, I lost 65 pounds and got the surprise of my life when I naturally became pregnant with twins in 2015, after years of trying. I stopped taking Berberine during my pregnancy, and was able to lose 15 pounds of baby weight postpartum with relative ease (a difficult feat for PCOS!) that was struggling to come off, even while eating Paleo. Since taking Berberine regularly, I've also regained my clarity and mental energy thanks to a lack of blood sugar spikes and crashes, and actually had the energy to start a running routine and go back to university, in spite of my now 10 month old twins. I'm not promising this product will work if you aren't willing to make other lifestyle changes, - and as you can see in my 'progress' pic I still have work to do - but I can personally attest that adding Berberine to my PCOS symptom management has completely revolutionized my health and helped me achieve the life and family I had always dreamed of.

Honestly I was considering gate keeping this. I started using for weight loss after reading the whole “natures ozempic” thing online. I followed the ease into it method taking 1 with 1 meal a day the first week, then moved up to 1 with 2 meals a day the second week and continued only taking 2 per day max). I’ve been taking for a little over 2 months now, and am currently in the “take a 1 month break after 8 weeks” phase. I cannot say enough good things. I never felt sick, nauseated, lightheaded (possibly the easing into it). It suppresses my appetite and leads to smaller portions at meals. Took away all the cravings for sweets I was having as well. In the 5 weeks I took it, I lost 11 lbs (which was 7% of my body weight). I’ve been off of it for 3 weeks now and have not gained any of it back. Please don’t sell this out, but 10/10
