TRRS to TRS Adaptor, DUKABEL Microphone Adapter for Camera - 20CM

This works. Tried another brand and it did not. Same specs. Short length important and what was needed.

Im a producer so I have headphones that are very flat eq and comfortable, I went out of my way to get a clip on mic so I didnt have to buy a cheap headphone set and hate life bc of how uncomfy they usually are. With this said, the clip on mic came with an adapter that would constantly move around and disconnect in the middle of gaming with my friends so I looked up the adapter it came with so I could get a different good adapter and this one is great, very tough feeling and good quality, havent had any issues at all!

When utilizing higher end equipment, it is critical to have excellent components from end-to-end. The DuKabel line of products meets the highest standards. Each time I need a cable of any configuration, DuKabel is my go to. I used the TRRS to TRS Adaptor for a wireless Sony lavalier microphone into a video camera for remote video shoots. The camera input was TRS but the audio output is TRRS. This DuKabel adapter works flawlessly, and when you look closely at the quality, this will be the very last component to fail. It's rugged and won't wear out. Exactly what's needed when moving equipment from one location to another frequently.

I have a SoundBlaster Play 3, and needed my Lavalier Microphone 4pole to work on the external MIC-in port instead of the TRRS port because at the time my TRRS was taken up by the Turtlebeach Recon with it's Built in headset mic (that was lacking) So I used this to take over the one built into the headset. Worked like a charm.. Eventually I replaced the headset also, and this Cable Adaptor is still being use as on my Lavalier Mic. Build quality is above average with it's braided cord but braided is still only as good as the contacts inside, so hope build quality isn't only skin deep. Only time will tell.

Nothing to complain: it just plainly works. Great product.

I had a media gig where I needed to provide a video camera with a lapel mic. The mic had a TRRS plug, and the camera only worked with TRS plugs. I learned that lesson the hard way while setting up for the event earlier that week. I found this adapter and got it within a few days. Once I got it, all of my problems were done. The videos turned out great, especially the audio, thanks to this adapter.

This did not work. I had a TRRS male (4 pole) plug on my earphones and wanted to plug into a TRS female (3 pole) female from my stereo. I checked all components in the system and the failure was this item. $9 down the toilet. Good in theory, useless in practice.

I use the cable to plug my Rode SmartLav into my Fujifilm cameras (X-T2, X-T4). It works flawlessly and I haven't had any interference issues from transient signals. The build quality is sturdy too, so no pops or noise when the cable inevitably gets wiggled. Dukabel will stay on my list of brands to buy for my AV needs!
