Look if you look close u can probably know exactly how big this is but I didn’t and it is definitely smaller than I’d like. I get having a small one but wish there was a larger option. It’s nice for sure. Just wish there was a bigger option. Went for the forged carbon.

The spring is surprisingly strong for how simple the design is, the carbon fiber is cut very cleanly and has a nice shine. Definitely a very cool gift idea.

I remember when I had purchased my very first product from MONOCARBON. It was the MagSafe carbon fiber case for the iPhone 15. I remember the sheer amazement I’d experienced & felt upon just looking at the elegant and beautiful design of the packaging. The unboxing experience was unlike any other phone case unboxing experience I’ve ever had in my entire career. Design was absolutely stunning & flawless, however as time went on & I continued to purchase products via MONOCARBON, I had noticed very small, often unnoticed defects and could tell the product had been previously returned by a prior customer, due to the look of the packaging as well as a few scuff marks & a very small chip on the item, (this was the forged carbon fiber car vent MagSafe mount. I’d later noticed the carbon fiber lining had slight scuffs that I had mistaken as just smudging and upon attempting to clean and remove the smudge marks, I noticed that the marks were not even remotely coming off and that they were in fact, permanent, from what looks like a drop from a low level or skid marks, either way I had decided to ignore it due to the fact that the customer service staff is possibly the most knowledgeable, reliable and friendly in the entire industry, and I appreciate every single thing that they have said or done to help us in our time of need. It had nothing to do with business and they were patient, listening to me rambling about my current situation and they didn’t judge, weren’t trying to escape the conversation and had actually given us words of encouragement, and I have, and never will see another human being who’s primary objective is to keep you coming back to spend more money, (which is an unfortunate reality of the modern sales industry) and I am in no way, shape form or fashion placing the blame on the company for this very disappointing incident, as I have done business with this company for going on a year, maybe a bit longer and I know for a fact that if it were up to them I wouldn’t have received such a huge flop of a product, and it isn’t the first, or even second time I’ve received a used product that I have purchased as new. I am very disappointed, but I will give credit where credit is due and though my item has a massive amount of scuffing and a deep scratch that goes down the middle of the logo and the logo itself is a little worn off, the screws appear to have been slightly stripped by someone who doesn’t know how to use a screwdriver, resulting in the carbon fiber strap to be off center by roughly 20° Otherwise it would have been a beautiful piece and a great part of my MONOCARBON collection, but as I felt the need to keep the first product that came used as a sign of my gratitude towards the customer service and their very kind and thoughtful words, I cannot overlook the third seemingly used and returned item that was resold as a new item. I understand that it is not always in the hands of the seller, so I will not speak badly or make any assumptions regarding who’s at fault, but the fact is that I cannot afford to spend money I’m already strapped for, to purchase a clearly used and very evidentially damaged one at that. I will have to get with the seller to see break the bad news to them and I’m sure it won’t be easy for me, but I would still recommend this product. If it were a new piece, it would be worth every single penny and would add a lot of attention and awe to your keys, backpack, belt loop or whatever you decide to use it for. When it comes to carbon fiber, nobody does it better than MONOCARBON! Please be sure to contact the seller prior to purchase to ensure that you don’t go through the same situation as myself. They are very caring and wonderful people so don’t worry about thinking you’re bothering them, they will appreciate your concern.
