Very good super thin and very sticky. 6 inch wide overlaps a little on my 12x12 wood pieces.

This tape is the best. I use it for laser cut wood and acrylic all the time. The material is fairly easy to apply, and makes adhering pieces together a breeze. I was getting frustrated with using wood glue on multiple layered projects and an acylic glue for multilayered projects. Sometimes the glue would dry before i could get the pieces together. Use too much glue, and you have more mess to clean up. This tape eliminated the need for both of those types of glue as I can use it on multiple types of materials in my shop. I can even use it to adhere wood to acrylic, so it is versitile in multiple applications. It is a bit spendy, but worth it to me in the long run. Also, when you consider that using wood glue takes time to apply and dry, this product more than makes up for the additional cost.

Great product! I use this on my layered laser wood projects like ornaments to keep from having to glue tiny pieces together and this works amazingly.

I've used this tape in various forms (including a 12" wide roll) for over 35 years. There is nothing like it – it adheres to *everything*, lasts for decades, and is essentially invisible. It takes some practice to get good results, however – when you apply it, while the backing paper is still on, you really have to burnish it hard, especially at the edges. If you don't, it will lift off as you peel off the backing paper. If this happens, just push the backing paper back down and burnish some more. Not a pain. It's certainly not the most convenient tape, but I just got finished adhering Sorbethane pads to my speaker stands and even to the rubber feet of my subwoofer, and it holds fast. Sorbethane is a very rubbery, shock and vibration-absorbing material – an impossible task for tape, and yet this tape is sticky and flexible enough to hold the Sorbethane to both the steel stands and the rubber feet of the subwoofer. I also recently brought out some matted artwork that I used back in '95 for applying to a University position. I recently took the exact same artwork from one of my portfolios for use in a class, and it was completely intact and firmly adhered. Really quite astonishing That just isn't supposed to happen. Tape is temporal, and leaves residue. This adhesive defies all that. Essential stuff to have around – you'll find many uses for it once you try it and perfect applying it.

It sticks well. It's nice that you can cut it to size. Easy to unroll. However, the sticky must adhere to each other along the edges of the roll because sometimes the edges stick to each other. Worked well on wood crafts.

I use this tape for all my projects, works amazing. Really strong adhesive.

This adhesive has been great in my wood sign shop. This was the first roll I purchased to try the new process of adhering lettering, and I made things a lot quicker. However, I was disappointed when I found out the last 10” +\- does not come off of the roll. Regardless, maybe there was extra on the roll to compensate, but how could you really measure. Great adhesive like 3M always is, I have already ordered more.

I needed this for adhering glass cabochons to printed designs and it's not well suited to that task. Impossible to get bubbles out, and it has a slight texture to it, so even if you got lucky with no bubbles, it's not completely transparent. Bummer. As others have noted, it doesn't unroll cleanly either. Bits get stuck to the edge making a bit of a mess.

I use this all the time for laser projects as it’s extremely sticky and high quality. It’s expensive but well worth the money.

So far quality is average. Can see glue-liked webs when peeling the tape.

I bought this adhesive to replace a pickguard that had let go on a 67 Gibson acoustic. It worked perfectly. Easy to use, very, very thin and transparent. Just what a translucent pickguard required. This will be a useful item in my repair shop.
