Dakine Covert Bike Glove Men's

Comfort and breathable
Love these gloves, I like minimal slip on, and these fit the bill. I'm a standard large and the gloves fit fine. Stitching against the fingers have never been an issue. They've been cool enough for texas summers. However, if you are looking for more protection than minimal, these are not for you. There's no padding, and single layer suede. You feel every hit. I've read reviews of others having issues, maybe wrong size or fingernails. I've had these a couple years now and they are still good to go. Enjoy!

Great warm weather gloves
These are a bit small for size indicated, but I don't count that as a negative. The material, fit and weight are all top shelf. No padding or crash protection, these are single layer and very light weight... Exactly as described.

Buy the size up, otherwise 0 complaints.
Great item, lightweight & comfortable but a bit snug of a fit for size medium.

Game Changer! No padding, no velcro, fits perfect, love these gloves!
Game Changer! No padding, no velcro, fits perfect, love these gloves! Perfect if you like minimal material between your hands and the grips. Allows phone touch, a bit of rubber in the right places to keep contact with the brake levers, etc. LOVE THESE!

Great glove so far... haven't ridden enough to speak to longevity
The strapless design is far more comfortable than other designs with a velcro strap. While being strapless makes the glove slightly less secure on the hand, I've found no issues so far with wishing I had a strap. The grip level on brake levers and just on the handlebars is so good... better than bare hands by far even before sweat becomes an issue. Size is the same and comfort is similar to the Giro Trixster

Paper Thin
I am new to the MTB scene so take this however you want, but why are all MTB gloves so thin? These are no exception. Nothing in the way of padding or protection. Really not worth the discounted price IMO. I’d rather wear my shop gloves.

Comfortable but has no protection
I didnt even bother removing them from the package. They don’t seem to have any protection around typical area which will contact the grips such as around the thumb or even the obvious areas like the palm of the hand. I did wear them, the fit is very good, but seem way too expensive ($40) for what it is. Fox 180 gloves which i also bought to test, fit the same but have more protection in the areas I just stated this dakine glove does not. The touch sensitivity of this glove also is not the best. It doesn’t always sense on the phone and that’s just from me using them for 10 seconds. Shame because I really wanted this glove to work but it just doesn’t.

Not upto Dakines usual quality ... previous model was far superior
Having used Dakine Covert gloves for a while, these latest versions are not as good quality or as well put together. Would do as a spare pair, but will not be using them for everyday riding. Very difficult to put on due to redesign of glove opening and despite being a large. Once on the fit is snug.
