Comfortable and good quality
Great chair, it was easy to assemble—took only a few minutes. We bought it since our old chair was too high for the desk and this one was a perfect fit. The height for the chair is easy to adjust as well and the chairs fabric is quite comfortable—good quality.

Nice computer chair
Highly recommended! It's comfortable and chunky, I know it's just a chair, but this was an extremely good purchase for me. I was very worried about this purchase because of mediocre purchases I have made in the past online. It's well made, very comfortable, and it hits that sweet spot when leaning back and relaxing. Perfect balance.

Not as comfy as I thought
This came with no instructions, but very few parts, so pretty easy to assemble. After seeing it, I thought it would be really comfortable. The lumbar is too low, so it just pushes out the butt area. This, in turn, makes it so you have to lean back to reach the rest of the back rest. For me to use the back, I have to be relaxing and not able to work on my computer. The arms move up and down, which I like. The base is great and moves easily. There is some weird feeling in the center of the seat pad, when I sit, it just feels...weird! Almost as if there are screws I am sitting on. The lowest setting is a bit higher than most other chairs. It looks great and can be rocked back and forth.

Pretty Comfortable
This chair was very easy to build, took no more than 25-30 minutes to assemble, Cushions are very squishy and it feels like you are sinking into the chair when you sit on it from how squishy they are. I'm 5'9, 297 pounds and this chair feels really sturdy to me, I would highly recommend getting new wheels for it to make it roll smoother depending on the floor material you have at home. Overall very happy with it and would recommend it for those iffy about a chair not having too many reviews.

It’ll do…I needed a high weight allowance
I am a full figured, curvy, overweight etc woman. There are very limited options out there for people over 250 lbs. I work at home on a computer all day and my chair was leather and had lost the chair padding and the rise function so I figured I’d get a new one. Like I said, it wasn’t easy to find a reasonably priced chair for my needs, plus I wanted the arms to raise for more hip room. As some others have said….I have a lotta junk in my truck and there’s absolutely no back support because of my butt! Lol. I get that’s my issue…but for others like me just know you’ll need to put a pillow behind your back. I also, as others, feel like I’m leaning forwards and don’t feel like I’m sitting in a relaxed position. I had to buy a foot rest also and that helps a bit make me feel less stress on my calves and feet to hold me up. I also had to drop the seat as low as it’d go to sit in it! Fatter person problem! I’m guessing average sized and small people wouldn’t have these issues. I think the chair overall is a good quality for the price. Will the fabric hold up, will the pillowing stay puffed up…I don’t know I’ve only had the chair for a week. One thing I haven’t figured out yet is the other handle…I think it’s to recline the back and then sit up straight but I couldn’t get it to work. That doesn’t matter to me cause I can’t even sit back enough to enjoy the back part. Overall I’d say it’s worth the price, seems well made and was very easy to put together myself. I have it on carpet and it does fine rolling as long as all my weight isn’t in the chair…not sure how else to explain that. I hope my words didn’t offend anyone, I’m overweight, I except it and hope my reviews help others like me when making decisions! The foot rest I got was a two tiered plushy memory foam one and I think it’s very comfy on the heels and feet. It’s a bit squishy and may break down over time but for now it works. Sorry I can’t remember the name of the company.

Do not buy
Pros: Looks nice, super easy to assemble, arms flip up for easy push in (space saver), sturdy construction, nice seating height. Cons: Tailbone starts to hurt after sitting awhile, pitches forward. I work from home in a call center environment. I'm literally stuck to this chair for more than 8 hours a day. It is comfy for awhile but then my tailbone starts to hurt because the seat pitches forward a bit. I wish the back was more straight. becasue it pitches forward in the seat, when I do lean back in the chair the upper back area is so far away that it puts more pressure on my tailbone and is not comfortable. The first 2 pictures are the day I put it together. Took about 15 mins, if that, only complaint is it was a bit damaged in one of the arm holes but i'm ok with that. The screw cap hides most of it anyway. The next 3 pictures are after a week of use. I'm a curvy girl and I knew the cushion was not going to last too long, I'm sure in a 6 mos to a year I will need to buy another chair as the cushion will most likely be gone. If it's hurting my tailbone now it will most certainly hurt more in 6 mos when the cushion goes. Not worth the price, design could be better, will not purchase ever again Update 5/26/23-Had my husband and spacers to the front two bolts of the seat to elevate the seat to the proper level. No more tilt forward issues and my tailbone and back feel great now. Just needs to be modified! Update 1/14/25 not even the 2 year mark and I will be throwing this chair out. Tried to lock the seat in a level position (non pitching) and it's just not possible, it won't stay locked and is impossible to sit in. Flipped over and found weld around pistol broken.

Came with twisted leg.
I was never able to actually roll in this chair. I'm heavy so I ordered this in my weight class. My husband is average weight and he had issues. It just wouldnt roll. I finally looked closer and realized one of the legs has been twisted this whole time. So it would stop up like the wheel was laying more on its side rather than straight up. But the way everything g twirls you don't notice. We even greased the wheels thinking that was the issue. It's was terrible for us. Hopefully others had a better experience. It's past the alloted time obviously to get a replacement. So I have to get a different chair. Also I tried to bend it in proper position. No such luck.

This ruined my other chairs
I know it's just a chair, but this was an extremely good purchase for me. I was very worried about this purchase because of mediocre purchases I have made in the past online. It's well made, very comfortable, and it hits that sweet spot when leaning back and relaxing. Perfect balance. I also tend to sit cross-legged and this chair accommodates for that very well. I'm at the lower end of big and tall, if you're the same, this is the Goldilocks chair you're looking for.

Sturdy
I am a large man. I have child birthing hips. I'm pleasantly surprised that this chair is still in such good condition. I've bought a few chairs off of Amazon and this one has been the best.

Weld issue
The weld holding the piston in position to the bottom plate of the chair broke between the weld and the plate. The weld was not hot enough to penetrate and bond the steel. Loved the chair for awhile before it broke. Outside of warranty when it failed.
