After a week of use, the compression sleeve has kept its shape and level of firmness. Cleaning it is also easy. I can sometimes forget I’m wearing it from how well it helps my tendinitis.

A real good product that works as advertised. I'm using these for some elbow pain I was getting during weightlifting, and they have relieved the discomfort and allow me to workout regularly. I measured as the instructions show and ordered a Large. The fit is a bit tight and I probably could have ordered an XL. These are especially helpful for shoulder and chest workouts. They are too tight & uncomfortable for biceps exercises on me. I would purchase again. They arrived in a timely manner, well packaged.

I have been suffering from tendonitis in my left arm for more than two years now. I have tried various exercises, stretches, and pain killers. Nothing has really helped. Yesterday afternoon my sleeves arrived, and as soon as I put one on, I felt immediate relief! Now, I am not stating that this was an immediate cure, but for the first time in months, the pain in my arm was all but gone. I wore the sleeve for several hours until the tightness of it became a bit irritating and decided to take it off to let my arm "breath" again. I then put the sleeve back on to go to sleep. I usually feel pain during the night when I move my arm in a certain way, and last night I had no pain at all! I think this sleeve will finally allow my arm to heal to the point that I will again be able to get back to my daily exercise routine which I have not been able to do for more than half a year now. For those wondering about sizing: I measured my elbow at 11" and bought the large size. It fits great for me with just enough compression to be comfortable for long periods and still feel the compression.

I have been using these for several years now. I am a roofer with tendonitis in my elbows. I wear them all day for 2-3 days a week while I am shingling. I had tried several other brands prior to using the Nordic brand. These are by far the best. They are long enough to cover the whole mid bicep/elbow/mid forearm area well. They fit very snug & are supportive without being too tight & restrictive or too concentrated in just one small area. Finally they hold up well over time/use & washings. After I started wearing these several years ago I haven't even looked for anything better-they work well and have given relief from pain! Thanks Nordic!

My husband has had these now for about 5 weeks, and he has been using them everyday for 12-14 hours each day. Structurally, these sleeves have held up fairly well, but he has noticed some fraying, and some of the compression material has come undone. He bought these sleeves because he has been suffering from Golf Elbow since the beginning of 2018. After purchasing these sleeves his symptoms have gotten better, but have not completely gone away yet (not a significant improvement). He has recently also started doing strengthening exercises and using heat and ice to rehabilitate and reduce the inflammation in his elbows. According to my husband, these compression sleeves are better suited for injury prevention more so than to rehab elbows already suffering from injuries. Thus, despite the addition of these sleeves, he has not been able to perform the activities (golfing, weight lifting, pull-ups) he was doing prior to the injury. Will update in about a month to report on the structural integrity of these sleeves.

I have a pain and popping in the elbow since my younger ages, most likely an old trauma due to improper heavy weight lifting, which limits a lot my workout abilities. I do martial arts and boxing and couldn't find a real solution on how to protect the elbow. Decided to buy this pair of sleeves and after several months of using it I am happy to confirm there is no symptoms during or after workouts anymore. Still need to limit extensions and weight but can do still much more exercises than before without elbow pain and popping. Use it several times a day now, for each traning session.
