These looked identical to a pair I used to have which is why I wanted them, however, whereas those were indeed soft canvas material, these are not soft & flexible & instead feel like I have rigid cardboard around my feet.My first issue was looking at other reviewers who all recommended going down a size. I, therefore, ordered my boots in a size 4 instead of my usual 5. I have now found them to be a little tight, so am praying that they stretch around the toes as I cannot wear them for long without them causing my feet to hurt.The second issue I have is that the interior seems to be made of something that feels like stiff cardboard, so as such they are also rubbing on the sides of my feet. Not sure if this wouldn't have happened had I ordered my actual size & if this is because they are technically a touch small. Again, maybe with breaking in & wearing they may give a little, but currently they are not comfortable enough to wear for more than an hour, let alone an entire day.I love the way they look but until they have stretched enough then I simply cannot wear them anywhere that requires walking or standing as they are just not comfortable.They look nice & seem to be well made, it's just a shame I decided to wear them out when I first got them instead of perhaps around the house, as then I could have returned them for a larger size.So, if you are most definitely a 5 you may get away with a 4, but if you are more like a half size, you'd do better to stick with your actual size.

They look very nice and feel easy to walk in. However, sizing in on the small side. Most of th reviews say it is on the larger side, but I'm having the opposite experience. A bit too tight for me.

Definitely recommend the size down (I went the size down after seeing the reviews and they fit perfectly)Comfy enough for every day wear and can be dressed up or down. I don't think I have been out in any other shoes or boots since these have arrived 🙈

Love these boots soooo much. So stylish and comfy. Was a bit apprehensive because at first i thought these were too high for me (i dont do heels) and let me tell you i know i will be wearing these EVERYDAY . They are so practical and just elevate any outfit. I have seen the former posters say about the sizing i would recommend ordering YOUR SIZE WITH THESE SHOES AND I WILL BE ORDERING 2 MORE PAIR!

It arrived a week before expected. According with the coments I ordered a size less and it fit me perfectly even with fluffy socks. They are just like the picture and surprisingly comfy I could run with them if I wanted

Product arrived well packaged. Needed some new boots to walk the doggo and the higher platform heels make it easier to splash through the puddles with him. Easy wipe clean, and the soles have good grip in the icy weather. Will be buying the other styles to update my wardrobe.

I like it but the heel is very soft so it’s very easy to fall over. Also when I got mine it came with a black stain on it.
