I had bought one for myself months ago, if not at least a year, and it works wonderfully. It retains heat for a very long time which is great for getting karak from cafeterias. When my friend broke theirs, I immediately thought of getting a second one as a gift. Unfortunately, it did not retain the heat at all, cooling off within 2 hours, and I had to issue a return. I was not only disappointed but a bit embarassed having sworn that this is an amazing product. I'm taking a leap of faith and ordering it for a third time hoping I can gift this to my friend. I hope what I receive now is as good as the one I use.

Marca reconhecida pela qualidade incrível. Mas se tiver (o que é raro) um problema com algum produto e precisar do serviço de suporte da Zojirushi, esqueça! Há um adesivo embaixo das garrafas que não deve ser retirado e retiramos. Ciente da minha culpa, eu queria apenas saber se há como resolver, trocar a peça da base da garrafa… mas nunca responderam.
