Bester Kaffee für die Siebträgermaschine. Stark und nicht säuerlich (hab mich da schon durch viele andere Bohnen durchprobiert, das meiste war mir zu sauer). Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Sono rimaste veramente molto soddisfatto di questo caffè. Utilizzato con De Longhi Dedica e macinino baratza encore ESP. Devo dire che l'aspetto più piacevole di questo caffè è il profumo... Molto invitante. Ottimo corpo, per niente amaro, anzi va sul dolce e l'aroma è veramente gradevole. La crema all'inizio è davvero abbondante ma, avendo una percentuale più alta di arabica, tende a disssolversi e ad essere vellutata dopo qualche minuto dall'erogazione. Molto soddisfatto!!!
