The jar did not come sealed or packaged.
The jar arrived with no seal or protection of any kind . I was told I could not get a refund nor could I return it for a refund. No one should have to put a product on their skin, let alone their face, when it did not arrive sealed (just thrown in a box) as it should have.

This cream is super gentle and oil-free, which makes it the exact product I’ve been looking for! My skin type is pretty much oily and this product does not bother me at all.
