Can you wear them more then once? how long do they last befor needing to be replaced? thanks

Yes. Definitely they can be worn more than once. I wore them for a few months before considering replacing them. Depends on whether you wear them all day long and everyday. I hand washed mine in cool water with mild soap to get rid of lint and accumulated grim from inside shoes. These inserts gave me the relief I needed from foot pain and cushioned my foot till it healed.

The measurements shown on these inserts make no sense how can the width on one be 22.8 inches and the other .76 inches??!!
