is this odorless and can I wash my brushes with it?

No, though it does not have a strong odor. And no, technically it will remove pigment from your brushes but I wouldn't recommend it. First it is way too expensive to use like that, second you would have to wash it again to remove the medium anyway. I would recommend an actual oil paint brush cleaner such as mineral spirits (Gamsol is a great non-toxic one) or a citrus solvent. If you need an alternative cleaner, vegetable oil works well to get pigment off brushes and then you wash with soap.

Can this be used with water mixable oils.?

It is not water mix able but might work with your water mix able oils if you forego using water and use them as just oil based paint.
