Excellent knife!
I have been doing sushi for about 35 years, and was a commercial fisherman when I was younger. This knife is great for filleting fish, but also great for working in the kitchen cutting fish and other prepping tasks for making sushi rolls, and cutting the rolls themselves. Easy to keep sharp, clean and care for, all around a great value for the money!

One of the best
Not to stiff and not too flimsy. Priced just right with the high quality you want, and will last for a long time. I see deckhand use it all the time and I myself as a fisherman love it.

Very sharp out of the box, grip is nice and just enough flex of what I need it for, easy to clean will tell if it handles the salt water. One star off cause should have sheath for use on the boat or in the field.
