A over year ago I started having issues using a Qtip to clean my ears. It started pushing wax back and I never recalled having this issue before. No idea what changed then and now. Eventually, too much was pushed and I lost most hearing in both my ears, so I I had to go to the hospital. :( Since then I've been hesitant to use Qtips, I tried and still it was trying to push it back, but I barely stuck it in. lol So I looked on here and boom there it was, the ear pick! So I ordered it. When I received it I used immediately and holy moley! My ears where feeling great again. Easy to use, just be gentle with it. Also I hear it can get those annoying itches in the canal you cant reach! Ha ha ha Win/Win 10/10 Would pick ear again.

Works very well. Bought this product because I lost my old one somewhere moving. Has two sides. One is the regular scoop type and the other is a beveled type. The beveled side is perfect for that little piece of earwax that kind of gets stuck to the inside of your ear. If you give it a little twist back and forth, it really helps to get it out. I do recommend being very careful with anything that you would put in your ear canal. Never go in too far. I leave it by my bed nightstand because I sometimes get an itch and have a hard time falling asleep without having one.

The idea of this intrigued me. My son seems to get a lot of wax in his ears so I thought this could be a better solution that old fashioned q-tips. I tried it on myself first and OUCH. I didn't push it in to far it just scraped the inside of my ear and hurt like hell. I tried again being much more gentle this time and got nothing on it. Unless you have some awkward big ball of wax that needs to be picked out like some of the reviews I guess you'd have to scrape the inside of your ear with this thing and endure the pain? This is a big no for me. I don't get it. Sorry

Very high quality, perfect tools on either end for different needs...the scoop vs the scraper. I am soooo glad I decided to try this instrument after getting tired of the q tip routine which never works all that well and sometimes makes things worse. Use appropriate caution with slow careful movements and light pressure... I get fantastic results. I'm here commenting because I just bought one for the car, I do a lot of driving and missing the one at home got on my nerves!

I don't get carried away with it, It is metal and small. I use it cautiously to scratch my ear canal. Q tips are cheaply made unless they are the long wooden ones.

I got this to clean out my kids ears, because I don't like using Q-tips to clean their ears. The light on the on the unit is the best you can see so far into there ears to clean. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Works great and is much better than a cotton swab. Be careful. No one wants to puncture an eardrum and make that trip to a doctor??? right/
